1. Order Processing
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it.
Orders are generally processed within [1–3 business days], excluding Sundays and public holidays.
During promotional periods, festive seasons or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take a little longer.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped through our delivery partners, including DTDC or other applicable courier services.
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location:
- Metro & major cities: approximately 2–5 business days
- Other locations: approximately 3–7 business days
- Remote locations: delivery may take additional time
These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Free Shipping: Orders above ₹599 may qualify for free delivery, subject to the applicable offer or promotion.
Little Yuktha reserves the right to change shipping charges or free-shipping thresholds when required.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking link or shipment details through:
- SMS
- Customer account
Where DTDC is used, customers can track their shipment using the tracking information provided.
5. WhatsApp Delivery Updates
With the applicable consent, Little Yuktha may send order-related updates through WhatsApp, including:
Order Confirmed → Packed → Shipped → In Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered
These notifications are intended to keep you informed about the progress of your order.
6. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:
- Full name
- House/Flat number
- Street/Area
- City
- State
- PIN code
- Valid mobile number
Little Yuktha is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Changes to Delivery Address
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address.
Address changes may only be possible before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
8. Delayed Deliveries
Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of circumstances such as:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier disruptions
- Incorrect address information
- High order volumes
- Remote delivery locations
- Natural events or other circumstances beyond our control
We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in case of a shipping delay.
9. Failed Delivery
If a courier partner is unable to deliver your order because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, unreachable phone number or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to Little Yuktha.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery where applicable.
10. Damaged Packages
Please inspect the package when you receive it.
If your package appears seriously damaged or tampered with, please take photographs/videos of the package and contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

11. International Shipping
At present, Little Yuktha shipping is intended for deliveries within India, unless international shipping is specifically enabled and displayed on the website.
Any applicable international shipping, customs duties or taxes would be communicated separately.
12. Shipping to Remote Areas
Certain PIN codes may have limited courier service availability.
If your location is not serviceable, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option or process an eligible cancellation and refund.
